This tender, fall-off-the-bone meat is packed full of flavor at Baby Blues BBQ in West Hollywood, one of my favorite slow-cooked, smoked, and carnivore-centric joints owned by BBQ kings Rick McCarthy and Danny Fischer. With a menu that spans from main dishes like shrimp and catfish to smoked chicken and pulled pork, and classic Southern fixin's and starters -- mac 'n' cheese, cornbread, and fried green tomatoes are all a must in my book! -- it's easy to walk out the door with a belly full of more than enough delicious barbeque eatin'. The restaurant's specialty sauces are also what keep me coming back -- I could down nearly any dish with their spicy and spectacular "XXX sauce," made up of habanero, serrano, poblano, pineapple, raspberry and mango!
