Embodying her family's culinary dynasty and cultural roots (Hannah is the eldest daughter of Chef Helene An, of the House of An restaurant dynasty, including Crustacean in Beverly Hills), the beautifully plated, utterly delicious food served at The District by Hannah An feels very much like one is dining at a "most elaborate dinner party" -- which is precisely what Hannah intends. Decadent bites of Candied Walnut Tiger Prawns and forkfuls of Crab & Uni Sashimi with lump crab and Hannah's noodles are warm, welcoming, and borderline addictive, with each dish serving as a perfectly executed representation of the beauty of modern Vietnamese cuisine.
