I find it funny how, when making my way through an especially busy or difficult week, a given Tuesday can find me already craving Sunday brunch. I love the farm-to-table, seasonal approach to Executive Chef Don Dickman’s menu at Market Provisions on Beverly Boulevard, and sure could use a MP Benny with prosciutto, burrata, two poached eggs, and spicy hollandaise right about now! In this third partnership between Dickman and restaurateur husband and wife duo Claudio and Adria Blotta (barbrix in Silver Lake and All’Acqua in Atwater Village being their first two), the trio emphasize “small, market driven plates,” and a leisurely meal at one of their sidewalk patio tables may just have my name on it this weekend.
