Odys + Penelope (brunch)
I'm an enormous fan of Chefs Quinn and Karen Hatfield, and love that their open grill and Brazilian churrasco-centric Odys + Penelope is quite so close to home. While I absolutely adore their delicious dinner fare, their brunch menu is also one of my go-to favorites for weekend meals. Decadent pastry items, like warm skillet buns with maple brown butter glaze pair so well with flavorful seasonal salads (whether cabbage with acorn squash, or a summer chop with peaches), and larger plates like Eggs Benedict or Prawns and Grits are wonderfully filling, and are hearty enough to make cocktail-ordering a near must.
